Im freaking out. I had a medical abortion less than a month ago. Have taken plan b twice since then and started on both control a week and a half ago. Two days ago started my breast started getting sore again similar to my first symptoms of pregnancy. Could it just be the amounts of hormones in my body causing this? I was responsible in taking plan b but now am freaking out any advice would be greatly appreciated..

Yes, it could be related to the Plan B. Plan B is a VERY large dose of hormones and taking it twice in a month, while safe, is a lot. You were also just exposed to a large dose of hormones for your abortion. Not to mention the natural hormones from being pregnant, and now the pill.
Your body needs time to adjust to all these changes.
It's very unlikely you are pregnant if you used Plan B within 72 hours.

Thank you that does make me feel better thanks for the reply. Now I feel like I should stop my birth control in hopes of getting my period just to calm my nerves.

Since you are having sex you need protection. Check with your doctor before stopping the birth control. Your period timing can be late after having an abortion AND plan B can make it late as well.
