Hi I'm 23 years old. I'm none sexually active as too painful to have sex. though my hymen is broken. when climax after stimulating the clitoris only, i pass blood. also for the last two years I've been abnormal bleeding, in-between regular periods. my periods have always been quite heavy and pass a lot of blood clots. I was hospitalised when i was 13 years old due to the intense pain and the loss of blood. I've had a ultra sound a year and half ago that came back normal and regular blood tests as well, which were normal. 4 months ago I saw my GP, who gave me a internal examination. which was very painful and lost a lot of blood. she couldn't test my cervix as was to bloody and, I was in a lot of pain. my GP referred me to a gynaecologist. in the time of the examination and the gynaecologist appointment. my periods stopped for three months, but still bleeding abnormally mostly everyday. in the days of not bleeding I would get spotting of blood from my back passage. my bowel movements was regular everyday as normal. 16 days ago I started my period the first in 3 months. at first it was light. then 5 days later I was in intense pain and bleeding heavily. couldn't settled through the night. in the morning after, my stomach was swollen and felt internal bruised. like i done 50 sit ups or something. i phoned the nurse and she said it seemed like a viral bug. the next day i was getting sharp pains in my stomach. then had trouble breathing. had the emergency doctor out, who thought it might be kidney stones, gave me tablets to help. which seemed to help with the pain. In that time, my periods was heavy but not painful. The next day my period took a turn for the worse i was in absolute agony. my pelvis had intense sharp pains and in my lower abdomen area as well as sharp pains in my lower back and vagina. I was loosing a lot of blood. felt so weak. I went through 50 thick pads in 48 hours. I had the emergency GP out and he prescribed medication to help the pain and stop the periods none of them helped. I was in such intense pain. then I noticed blood in my back passage. not in my stools though. I went to a and e the following day as had a reaction to codeine and the pain was unbearable. the next day I saw the gynaecologist, who gave me a tablet called provera and sent me on my way. his attitude towards me was unacceptable. I was in so much pain I could hardly walk. the bleeding still was quite heavy. my body became quite weak and shaky. 3 days after taking the tablets the bleeding stopped. pain not as bad but still there. the next day I started bleeding not heavy but a lot of blood clots passed through and pain was still there, but not as intense. I began to experience pain down my left leg shooting pains. which still is there now and then. for the last 4 days I cant eat or drink much as to weak and it hurts my stomach and I began to get very nauseas. at times my lips go white and at times I shiver, when I do too much on my feet I get out of breath and at times get clammy and sweat. I've was referred by the GP to the hospital as a emergency. they took my blood and they came back negative to being anaemic or any infections. they sent me on my way though I was very weak and could not walk quick and was pale in the face. I don't know what to do, my sister has polocystic ovary syndrome , but I've been tested and negative. my GP believes I have Endometriosis, which I think too. but no one is taken me seriously. i need some advice could any one help me?

I THINK THAT YOU SHOULD GO TO A BETTER HOSPITAL AND HAVE MORE TEST DONE ON YOU. I KNOW PEOPLE THAT HAD THEIR PERIOD TURNED ON BECAUSE IT DIDNT COME ON ITSELF AND SOMETIME THEY WOULD ONLY HAVE IT ONCE A YEAR. I ALSO KNOW PEOPLE WHO HAVE A PERIOD EVERY 3 TO 6 MONTHS. YOU SHOULD GO TO SEE ABOUT WHAT IS GOING WRONG WITH YOU. DID THEY TRY TO PUT YOU ON BIRTH CONTROL PILLS? I REALLY HOPE THAT YOU GET THE HELP THAT YOU NEED.
