I just wanted to add my experience with this. My wife and I have been married for a few years now and since the beginning (she was a virgin, and has never been with anyone else) she has had this thick white creamy discharge. It doesnt happen every time we have sex and some times there is more than others. Also, she does not seem to have to be penetrated or close to orgasm to cream.
