My sis was taking Wellbutrin for it's for years now she suffers from depression that comes from mild to middle form but lately she developed tolerance to Wellbutrin and know I am curious how I could help her. Her usual dose was 300mg of Wellbutrin twice a day but it now seems doesn't help at all. Do you think she could switch on to prozac or something else?

Well you should get advice from psychotherapist but anyway I think that Wellbutrin is much better choice than prozac for unlike any other drug of SSRI sort Wellbutrin doesn't cause no sexual side effects so maybe the solution where tolerance is developed is increasing the dose on 400mg but I wouldn't do that without the medical advice for I have heard that Wellbutrin is also the street drug that may cause an drug addiction if used on larger doses so she might only get worse. Anyway no matter this I think that Wellbutrin is still the best drug treatment choice for I know it is also good in some more serious disorder than depression is such as bipolar disorder and it is also effective in reducing fatigue.
