Dear ryakrish

I am sorry to hear of your problem. But you are not very specific for a doctor!! "hypersensitiveness in that region". It is natural to be sensitive, particularly the first time, but where exactly is the "hypersensitiveness"? Is it in your vagina only, or also other parts of your vulva?  Have you ever orgasmed? Is it that your clitoris is ultra sensitive? Is the size of his penis an issue? Perhaps you need more lubrication or an orgasm first. How far do you get in foreplay?

If you want to discuss this further, we need to get into more detail. We can talk in private if you prefer, although in public others can benefit.

A tough hymen could well make intercourse difficult and painful, so I hope the procedure goes well for you. It usually does. This is not an unusual condition, and a simple corrective procedure. You should be happy now. Presumably as you are having an hymenotomy rather than an hymenectomy part of your hymen will be left so that you can still have a rupture when your husband first penetrates you. I hope all goes well tomorrow. Let me know how you get on please.
BTW How did you overcome your hypersensitivity?

Glad you've got the hypersensitivity sorted anyway. I was thinking that if you could describe your 'exercises' in more detail it might help other women also.

I wait to hear from the outcome of your hymenotomy: that the procedure was successful clinically, and that not only were you able to consummate your marriage, but that you can enjoy the physical intimacy with your husband that intercourse can yield.

With warm wishes.
