I wanted to write today because I had a partial hymenectomy today, and I know many other women out there would like to know more about the procedure.
I am 19 years old, and have only been able to get tampons in with large amounts of pain, and have never been able to have intercourse.
My gyno performed the procedure, along with the help of an assistant doctor, an anesthesiologist and a few other assistants. The procedure took about 20 minutes, but I was in the hospital for about 1.5 hours total (I was put under, and had to wake up after the procedure, etc.) It was very simple, and she basically made some cuts into the hymen so it would open up.
I am in no pain whatsoever. She said going to the bathroom would be painful, but I have yet to experience any problems.
It seems to be successful. I will know more when I have a post op on Monday.

dont know what that means but next time dont use a dry towel,,make the towel wet and add some lubricant or something to it,,it will maximize more pleasure & also wont be discomforting because this is a towel it can hurt the skin when when moving it up & down ur penis plus the speed,,the friction dude,,,
