hi. i am 25 yr old male, i have developed prolonged lower back pain. mri revealed disc dessication in lower lumbar and sacral spines. i also get a bulge in my abdomen, usg revealed diverication of recti only. can u pls suggest me some good exercises for both d conditions? thank you.

hi ankurgupta023, exercises and stretches are helpful for a person in your situation, however diet should be considered on the top of the list too! In order to help you find the right exercises, when do you suffer the pain? Is it when you bend over or lean back? Normally, for spinal stability you should perform side bridges, curl-ups (only with your chest to the sky) and the bird-dog exercises, These three are collectively knonw as the BIG-3 Exercises for spinal stability. You can google/youtube them!
