Do non-pregnant women's breasts leak milk when sucked on?

I'm 32 and I get tingeling and leaking feeling but nothing comes out all test are normal even mri results are normal my pcp told me that not to worry woman who never had children this can happen to them sometimes not to worry if my BF enjoys it and I enjoy let just let him play with and suck on my breast and if milk starts to come out and he enjoys it and I don't mind it let it go and that I could even become wet nurse if I wanted to. He also said if I want it to stop just don't have no one suck on them. Any advice from anyone? Am I alone?

Can anyone tell me how we can produce milk before pregrancy..without any problem or anything else .. or any medicine whiCh produce milk without side effct

Well, I am 17 and my nipples are leakin, but the big point is that i am in a relationship with a girl and have been for almost a year. She suck them alot and i'm startin to wonder if that's what started it. It started Sat. night but i found out because she started sucking on them and then she began to tell me that they were leaking.

it can happen I am a male and when I was 2 or 3 we had some small kittens on the farm and there mother wouldn't feed them but I had milk inmy nipples and I fed them all there were 3 kittens and they all lived I fead them till they were old enough to eat solid foof
