Do Paracetamol or Acemitaphen make the blood thinner or thicker?

Paracetamol doesn’t have recorded effects on thickness of the blood, nor does he has any interaction with Coumadin. But the biggest danger of Paracetamol is the toxic effect it has on the liver – I was surprised the other day when I heard that Acetaminophen is the most often cause of liver failure both in US and UK. I never thought it could be something that dangerous because Acetaminophen is found in almost anything. I suppose you are ok as long as you take a minimum dose of Acetaminophen that has the effect you need and only for as long as it’s absolutely necessary.
