What you did is more common than you think.  It was experimenting, it does not mean that you are/are not a lesbian.  Other girls, and many boys, also experiment with each other.

As to being hairy, that's NORMAL.  Don't worry about it.  Not everyone shaves.

It's normal to feel guilty about it.  It can change your friendship if you let it.  It's up to you as to how you want to handle this.

Are you embarrassed because she caught you masturbating, because you are hairy, or because it was a girl who turned you on enough to give you an orgasm?
If it's because she caught you, then that's nothing to worry about, because she joined in.
If it's because you are hairy, don't worry about that either. It obviously didn't bother her.
If it's because it was a girl who gave you an orgasm, you don't have to worry about that either. Most girls fantasise about sex with other girls, and believe it or not almost half of all women have had some sort of sexual experience with another woman by the time they are 30.
So if you are embarrassed by the fact that you are turned on by girls, then you are no different to most others. And if you want to try experimenting further, then next time you have a sleepover together, why don't you ask her if she wants you to return the favour.
There is too much emphasis put on labels. The fact is that if you are only turned on by the opposite sex then you are straight. If you are turned on only by the same sex, then you are gay. If you are turned on by both, to whatever degree, then you are bisexual. It has little to do with who you would want a relationship with, it's more about sexual attraction.
