I have recently found out that my best friend/brother likes me. He has for a year & a half. It's weird thinking of him like that cause we always hangout. I always go to his house and it's fun. Well last night I was really tired. He picked me up at 4pm & we got to his house by 4:15. I went straight to his room, like usual, and laid down. His bed is comfy. We decided to watch a movie. He chose it while I cuddled up to him (I always do that. He's like my brother!) Then I fell asleep while I had my head on his chest & his arm around me. I could feel him rubbing my back. It felt amazing. Well he started kissing me. Everywhere! I could feel him kissing me on my lips & I was too shocked to do anything cause he thought I was asleep. Then I rolled over in my sleep & we were "spooning" I guess. I could feel his penis on my ass. Anyways, he ended up putting his hand up my shirt. I could feel him undoing my bra and his hands were holding my breasts.. I couldn't move by then.. Then he started kissing me everywhere again. By the time he got to my neck, it was heaven! Like what girl can resist a guy kissing her neck? Is it bad that I was hoping for him to end up giving me a hickey?.. I couldnt help it. I was just in the moment of him touching me and kissing me! Is it wrong for him to do that? I don't know what to do. He doesn't know I felt anything. What should I do? Please help!

Hi lonely cutter
Unfortunately what your best friend/brother did to you would be considered rape by most people including the police.
He took advantage of you while you were sleeping or pretending to be asleep, you may have enjoyed it and found it pleasurable but behaviours and actions like his are very scary.
Sadly your best friend thinks it is okay to take advantage of you when you are seemingly defenceless many girls get raped when they are unable to defend themselves or do anything to stop their attackers.
You were awake and let it happen but the fact of the matter is he was taking advantage of you because he thought you were sleeping.
Friends don’t rape their best friends if he got you drunk or drugged you and was sure you would not wake up how far would he go? Would you end up with an unwanted pregnancy?
Your best friend is a predator and a creep and someone you should be very afraid of.
You may want to really evaluate what you think is your friendship with guy does he do this sort of stuff to other kids when they are sleeping please be very careful around him.
You deserve much better and anyone that thinks it is okay to take advantage of someone the way he did with you is not worth having as a friend.

The girl is 15 years old and a minor she cannot legally give consent.
Maybe where you come from behaviors like this are acceptable and perhaps this may help you understand why this would be consider rape.
Sorry don't mean to offend you if your among those that take advantage of minors when they are sleeping but if you have any doubts about taking part in this sort of thing stop by your local police station and they will be happy to enlighten you.

The issue of consensual sex is often only brought up when there is some sort of doubt about whether both people engaging in sex want it to happen. However, consent is a topic that should be discussed whenever you're thinking about a possible sexual encounter.

In fact, consent should be the basis for every sexual encounter. Engaging in a sexual act without the other person's consent is considered sexual assault or rape.

Every act requires consent. Even if you have been kissing, that does not mean you cannot say "no" to anything further.

What is consent?
How do you determine consent?
What if a person does not/cannot give consent?
Why should you talk to your partner?

What is consent?

Consent means that both people in a sexual encounter must agree to it, and either person may decide at any time that they no longer consent and want to stop the activity.

Consenting to one behavior does not obligate you to consent to any other behaviors. Consenting on one occasion also does not obligate you to consent on any other occasion.

Consenting means only that at this particular time, you would like to engage in this particular sexual behavior.

How do you determine consent?

To determine if someone is giving consent, you must be able to answer two questions:

Does the person want to give consent?
Is the person capable of giving consent?

The easiest way to determine if a person wants to give consent is simply to ask. This eliminates the uncertainty of guessing and trying to interpret signals.

Someone putting his or her hand on your hand might be a way of indicating that she or he likes what you're doing or a way of indicating that she or he would like you to stop.

The only way to be sure is to ask.

A person may also give consent non-verbally by actively engaging in the sexual act. Clearly, this implied consent is more difficult to gauge, and if your partner seems to become more hesitant or uncomfortable, you should stop. Reassure your partner that you don't want to do anything she or he doesn't also want to do, and ask him or her what's wrong.

What if a person does not/cannot give consent?

Above all, if your partner ever says no during sex or asks you to stop, you must stop immediately. Saying no should never be treated as a game or as a signal that someone is "playing hard to get." Simply put, "no" means "no" in any sexual encounter.

Certain circumstances make it impossible for a person to legally give consent. These circumstances usually involve cases in which a person is not mentally or physically capable of choosing whether to engage in sexual behavior.

For instance, if someone is drunk or high on drugs, then that person cannot give consent. This means that even if someone seems eager to engage in sexual behavior, doing so can legally be considered sexual assault or rape if he or she is intoxicated.

Age can also determine whether a person can legally consent to certain sexual behaviors, such as intercourse, oral sex, or anal sex. The age at which a person can give consent varies by country and by state within the United States.

Having sex with someone under the age of consent is legally considered a crime called statutory rape, even if the person under the age of consent says that she or he wanted the sexual behavior to take place.

it sounds like you enjoyed the whole experience but feel like you are supposed to feel guilty about it afterwards ? later you state that you cant do it because you feel like he is your brother ? he may be your perfect match , you were reacting to your bodies desires ( as you mentioned ) dont let guilt spoil it for you . just dont get pregnant and spoil it for both of you if it goes further

yes i agree , he probably knew you were awake , you are not the first to let that happen so that you didnt have to face the reallity that you wanted it , your body clock is screaming for it but society is telling you that you have to go to school for a few more years before you get into this action , 300 years ago you'd probably be married by now but times have changed , but no one told your body clock
