Expired Asprin. Need some information.

I got a dose of asprin of the shelf to ease a spliting headache 3 nights ago, but got really sick that night. My mouth was forming, mucus cloged my nose and chest and i couldnt sleep at all. I had a terrible fever, was sweating, and my limbs were generally weak. I seek treatment and was treated for the fever and also prescribed malarial drugs... but later I realised that not only is my body dehydrated but also developed ulcers in the mouth as well as the groin. The rest of my body also develops lumps which have pus on top and are very painfull to touch. I would like to knwo what is happening to me, and what kind of treatment would heal the same. Thank you.
