Hi everyone,

 My birth control (Implanon) has been expired in my arm for two months now. I need to remove it, but I'm waiting for the insurance to kick in. For three yrs of having the Implanon, I started having two periods a month the last yr being on the birth control. Since my birth control expired I'm still having two periods in a month. This month I had a period for eight days then the sixth day after finishing my period I had unprotected sex with my husband. Next day I started again for another five days, so that's twice in a month. Now I think I'm getting a bladder infection because I've been urinating a lot and I just keep have that urge to go. I also feel like I've been getting moody, but idk if it's the birth control since it's still in my arm. I wanted to know if anyone is going through this as well? Do ya know if the birth control still gives off hormones for a couple of months after it expired?
