I am 30 years old and was diagnosed with lupus 5 years ago and have recently started benlysta infusions that have seemed to help with my flares. I also give myself B12 injections once a week to help with fatigue but I have so many more problems with no answers. In the past 2 years, i have experienced several more problems. I bleed during and after sex, and my periods have went from being normal and light (and have been since i was a teen) to being irregular and heavy with painful cramps. I have been on the same BC-pills for 10 years without any problems. My pelvic is always inflammed and I keep kidney infections. I have had numerous test run such as: Paps, sonos, D&C, aswell as swab and urine test of all kind. They have all came back negitive and normal.
