My problem is particularly embarassing. I have a fatty mons but that is not the whole problem. The main problem is it fills up with fluid and I can actually hear the swishing as I move or when I press on it. I have had a fatty mons since early teens but the fluid sac came in my late 20s. This affects my sex life (the lights have to be off as I am never sure when it's going to puff up) and it is obvious when wearing pants. I am tempted to aspirate the fluid with a syringe but it will probably just fill up again. There is no pain or discomfort, otherwise. I hope a physician can shed light on this; I could not find any post online about it and I am too embarrass to ask a physician face to face
