I think it will heal in a few days but you might want to go easy on it the next time. Do you know why it got like that or what you did to cause it? Are they cuts or just splits from being stretched? Can you retract it enough to see what is bleeding? Do you think you might have torn your frenulum?

Swollen foreskin happens a lot and is not a cause for concern.
