I'm 18, and for the last few days, I was masturbating quite frequently. (Friend says I'm in heat, whatever) Anyway, I usually used some sort of lube (Astroglide) Cause it feels better. Well, I ran out of it, and hadn't gone and gotten any, so I was using lotion (Lubiderm) and after masturbating three times in a similar fashion (Just a little bit of lotion under the foreskin so that it makes it easier to slide back and forth) my foreskin was really puffed up and swollen.
It hurts to retract, but it IS possible without any damage. I clean it regularly in the shower, and it's happened before. I'm just wondering what it is. Maybe a hair, or piece of lint was on my hand with the lotion? Or something got in and irritated it? It went away on it's own last time, but I can't remember how long it took. I want it to go away soon, because, well, it makes it hard to pee when your foreskin is swollen and it hurts to pull back.
That's pretty much all I can think of. Let me know!

Sounds like an allergic reaction, probably aggrevated by using soap to wash your retracted foreskin and glans of your penis.
Get some cortisone or diclofenac ointment and put it on and under the foreskin for a few days and begin using lanoline on and under the foreskin on a regular basis.
Invest in some silicone lube for hand and penetrative jobs.
And use no soap, just plain water, for genital and anal cleaning; use soap on your scrotum and between your legs (and under your arms), but keep the sensitive bits soap free.

When one masturbates for a long time or in a very vigorous manner, the foreskin can become edematous, which means only that fluid has accumulated in the tissue, causing swelling. The swelling may make the foreskin hard or impossible to retract. This is a harmless condition. It usually goes back to normal in 24 hours.
