I'm a 19 years old male and today I masturbated with a very tight, hard grip around my penis. Only now do I see - after my penis shrunk back to normal size - that the skin around my penis body (continuation of the foreskin, if you will) is not flat. Now it has smaller diameter 'rings' and somewhat swollen ones right after another, the tighter ones being where my fingers squeezed my penis. The skin is also a bit darker at the tighter rings. I felt the body of my penis, the body itself has not rings or deformation, only the skin around it. Apparently the skin was strained. Now my penis is shrunk back to default size and the skin looks wrinkled due to the rings shrinking on each other, kinda ugly. Will it go back to normal? How should I treat it (aside from refraining from masturbation for a while)?

When one masturbates for a long time or in a very vigorous manner, the foreskin can become edematous, which means only that fluid has accumulated in the tissue, causing swelling. The swelling may make the foreskin hard or impossible to retract. This is a harmless condition. It usually goes back to normal in 24 hours.
Perhaps you need a more appropriate method of masturbation.
Masturbation is relaxing, pleasant, harmless, healthy, and contributes to restful sleep if done before bedtime.
How you do it depends on whether you have an internally lubricated foreskin that glides up and down the shaft or you are circumcised.
If you are foreskinned, then all you need to do is slide your foreskin back and forth. The internally lubricated foreskin glides without friction.
If you are circumcised, then you will need some lubrication and you need to slide your hand up and down the shaft. You will likely injure yourself without lubricant. Some lubricants are baby oil, vegetable oil, personal lubricant, soapy water, and saliva.
It is common, however, for a circumcised male, who has been deprived of his internally lubricated foreskin, to have friction burns if he does not apply external lubricant.
