Your post subject suggests that you didn't know if you had pre cum or not.
I would say you probably did.
As you may have heard in the past, there are trace amounts of sperm in pre cum. Some will firmly disagree i'm sure. The chances of conceiving thru pre cum are pretty small, tho you will see that some have claimed to have become pregnant or impregnated someone in this way, maybe so.
The fact that the condom came off part way thru the act doesn't help, now you basically had unprotected sex., which opens doors for other ugly possibilities.
