I am 14 years old, and I discovered a hard lump under the skin on the shaft of my penis, just below the head. it is very sensitive, it hurts to touch, and it is a little larger than a pea. I have no idea what it could be, and i would like to know if i should contact a doctor.

It may be a sebaceous cyst (oil gland). They are normal and can become swollen.
It should go away by itself.
