If there is skin over the head of your penis when you are not erect you are NOT circumcised.

I don't know what pictures you are looking at because there is definitely a different appearance between circumcised and natural. It would be hard to NOT see the difference in a picture. Try Googling --- natural vs circumcised ---- for pictures of both.

The only way i can tall is if send me a photo i dont your going tall do that so my best gess is you are uncircumcised as for ejaculating how old are if are under 15 you are normal
