Just had the procedure cervical rhizotomy and experiencing pain in my head and slight numbness mostly pain also @ injection site. I have fibro muscular dysplasia and concenquently have had 3 strokes. I have daily pain some are like seizures and some spasms. Migraines daily. I'm not sure if this procedure will do anything and from my investigation I haven't learned if this is a procedure is done for fmd. As to having it done yes you need sedation it is truly uncomfortable. I feel worse day after however my Dr says results are immediate??????. Anyone with any feedback would greatly be appreciated. I'm at the end of my rope

I had a bilateral rhizotomy on my neck on Friday, December 2, 2022. Today is December 11 and the back of my skull hurts so much and I’ve had horrible headaches. It even hurts to wash my hair or lean my head against the couch. When I told the doctor’s office, they told me that the doctor said it will subside. When? How much longer!
