Hi everyone! I got my first and only depo shot in April of 2013. Soon after I experienced the worst headache of my life! (And before I never got headaches) headaches continued and I started to get terrible hot flashes too. I was always leaving work because I was so miserable. In September of 2013 my doc put me on a daily pain med for my headaches and it did help. They didn't go away completely but they got much better. Anyway in Dec of 2013 she took me off of it because it wasn't working as well as it had been. The headaches are back with and vengeance and so are the hot flashes. I have a headache 24/7 and regular hot flashes that make me feel like puking. I've had my hormone levels checked, my thyroid checked, an MRI and all is normal. 10 months later and I'm still miserable!!! No doc had been able to help me. I can barely function and it makes me so scared and upset that I cry all the time. I'm just at a total loss as of what to do. Everything I've read on here days after a few months the symptoms go away. What is going on with me then? My doc thinks the shot just triggered migraines for me but I refuse to believe it! And what about these hot flashes?? Please please help I can't go on like this!!!!
