I was also on the patch for about a year and stopped last month because I missed my patch day and decided to take a break from the patch. I’m not trying for a baby I just wanted to reboot before starting patches again. Anyway, the week I stopped I had heavy bleeding even though I had gotten my period the week before while On my “rest week”. And now it’s been a month since I stopped with the patch and had heavy bleeding. I’m 5 days late and I’m having the cramps and pains but no period!! I’m worried.
