First of all I would like to say that you are a wonderful person. It is very refreshing to see that there are still people left in the world that place love above all else.
I would also like to say that it is important to be educated about Hep C. Especially if you are trying for a baby. I will give you the information that I know and recommend that you research the topic on the internet also.
Hep C is NOT a sexually transmitted infection. It is contracted only by the infected persons blood entering the non infected persons blood stream. It is extremely unlikely that you will get it by having sex with your partner or your baby getting it. However, it is very important that you are both very careful with your day to day living. I think that you should also be discussing your wishes for a baby with your GP so you are both informed of the pro's and cons of whatever you decide.
