Does he have any discharge and do YOU have an STI? IF you are clear, I would suspect that it is something to do with either a Urinary tract infection OR just a bug - that has nothing to do with the sex! Do you happen to know if he has anything wrong with his testicles?

The last time I went to the doctor, I was clear and did not have any STIs. As far as I know he doesn't have anything wrong with his testicles. I know that he masturbates a lot though. Could it be a pulled muscle or something?

If you're clean there is nothing he can say! And believe me it wouldn't be showing up in his stomach! He could have a hernia (Sorry about the spelling, hopefully I've written it as it sounds) It's like a piece of stomach muscle that falls into your groin after strained activity. You can get it from lifting a heavy object or working out too hard. He should go to a doctor, there is a simple operation that will have him fixed up in a jiffy. Next time try taking it a little easier.
