For over a year I have been suffering, and I could use help. My scrotum and perineal is constantly hot, and I my scrotum is soar, either one at a time or both. I have a slight burning when I urinate sometimes, but not everytime. My penis is some sometimes as well. I have noticed that when I drink, smoke weed, drink soda tea or coffee it is worsened. I also noticed that It is intensified when I sit or sometimes when I stand, usually feel less to no pain when I lay down. I have been tested and seen many doctors for stds numerous times and have tried doxycycline and even natural antifungals, and have had no help. It is hard to not let this ruin my life, someone please help.
