I have checked for any signs of lumps on both testicles but have found nothing, the pain is not constant either it comes and goes it has been like this for a few months, should I go to the doctors? it is also not always in the testicle sometimes it's just in the abdomen, I haven't injured myself or anything it's just there for no reason should I be concerned?

well im glad you are not sexually active. unfortunatly there are plenty of kids your age and younger who are.... do you lift anything heavy? when you cough do you notice any pain or bulging in your scrotum or your lower abdomen in the "V" area?

No, I haven't done any heavy lifting to prompt this, and when I cough I cannot feel/ see any bulges in the "V" area or the scrotum and pain does not worsen when coughing

Does anything you do make this pain better or worse? are your testicles about the same size and both in your scrotum?

I think the right one is larger than the left, sometimes when I lay on my left side the pain gets a little better. the thing is, is that it started out just coming and going and the pain wasn't that bad, but now I have noticed that the pain is worsening and is not going away as it usually does

if its worsening /getting more constant I would get it checked out just to be safe.... It could just be part of puberty but you don't want it to be significant like an infection or something and miss it.
