Hi i am 23.Recently i am chatting with my girl friend for one or two hours.I have erection during this period.But when i urinate after some time.I have severe pain in the pubic area and i feel pain in my left testicles too when i hold it.After one or two hours the pain reduces and becomes normal.Some one please help me

this happens due to fluid buildup in the scrotum, also called blue balls. it should subside after ejaculation or by itself after sometime.
