Hi Alyssa, there isn't really a way to make it less painful other than to be fully relaxed and take plenty of forplay because that will help relax your vagina and the more relaxed and lubricated it is the more it will expand making it less tight, you could always try using a different position to have sex in like you on top that way your in control on how fast he goes in and how deep he goes in until your feeling comfortable enough.
