I have a penis that curves down toward the end so how do I measure it and what do I measure it with?

There are any number of ways to measure, and that's why no two people come up with similar numbers... they are meaningless.
You might as well measure your head for a hat, and come up with a "12"...but what does that mean? You can't change it. You can only use it to compare with someone else, and you don't know if they measured the same way you did.
If you really MUST come up with a number, measure from the base of the penis where it joins the abdomen at your pubic hairline, and then run a tape measure down to the tip. You'll find there's some variation between erect and flacid, but most guys go for an erect measurement.

PS: If you want a larger number, measure it in centimeters, instead of inches.
