I know one should not worry about size of their penis...but I wanted to Know what is the proper way to measure your penis??? Do you measure from top to base (area below belly button) or from bottom side to ball sac (the side with all the veins)?

All u have to do is just erect it and take the scale and put one eng of it to the base of the penis near ur abdomin and measure it
