Hello friends,
I am doing a poroject in health and need to know if in a critical situation like fire or sinking how can you safely move someone with a spinal chord injury with minimal to no further damage.

Hi EZ,
You need to stabilize the injury. By yourself it is very difficult to do.
Stabilize the spine/neck if possible. Avoid turning or twisting the patient when moving.
If you need to, you can roll the patient but do it evenly, as in the head rotates as the trunk does.
If you have the manpower you can straddle the patient and lift.
Basically keep the spine/neck in line and don't twist or pull anything.
