How to use Althea pills? when will i exactly start to take it?

if i take althea in 21 tabs . im safe in 7 days . so if im safe in 7 days i will take new pack after 7 days ?

I am taking althea pills, and I finished taking the 21 tabs but unfortunately, when my menstruation came it was heavy bleeding. It was 14 days of heavy menstruation and large blood clots. Mow I need to have a blood transfusion. Why is this happening?
