Your penis can grow into your early 20's so you might get a bit bigger. After that, only surgery can help - and it can only give you about an inch.
You're not going to have an 8" penis.
4.3" is more than adequate to pleasure a woman. The nerves on the vagina are mostly on the outside. It's what you do with it that matters. Be confident in who you are and don't focus on size.
