hi, i am very worried and peranoid about a couple problemes that i may or may not have, i have had unprotected sex 1 time and that was with a questionable girl. but i am not even sure if i am notcing things that have always been there, anyway i have a few problemes. 1 is i get little white dots all over the shaft of my penis, they seem to be there all the time and do not grow or change in any way. i also get the odd what looks like a single pimple on the head of my penis that does not last very long and does not get to big. i also have a very large white bump on the ridge of the head of my penis that has been there for over a year and it is quiet large. also little red bumps on the head of my penis that are very very small and do not really hurt, im not sure if im just peranoid or what.

Relax. Everytime I have unprotected sex w/ my bf, I think I might be pregnant even though I'm on the pill. Your best bet--GET an STD test! Doubt no more. I've never gotten pregnant, andddd my worrying made my period come extra late. Big chance it's your paranoia.
