So I'm on trisprintec and started it on Friday took it on Saturday and completely forgot the rest of the week. So I missed 5 pills within the first week of my pack, and I started bleeding on the 5th day (Thursday). However I noticed tiny white dots with the blood. They weren't large but visible. I've never had this before, but I'm wondering if it's because I just ended my last period a week ago. And since it's only been 7 days since my last period will this last long? and should I be nervous about the white dots?

 

Also I also use other protection than the pill, so I'm not concerned about unprotected sex
