I am getting vaginal cuts

ok im getting cuts on my vagina that costantly are burning and itching and even somtimes bleeding there is a rash around the cuts and somtimes i want to cry it hurts so bad well school is starting in 5 days and i want this to be gone by then if possible. i hav e ben putting anabiotic ointment on it and it seems to make it feel better for awile but wen i take a shower in the mornings it washes off and the pain just starts again is there anything i can put on it that i can buy at a local place here in my town? i know thats its not a yeast infection i have already treated it like one.
