Sores/cuts, discharge,sudden illness, swollen and tender vaginal lip

my sympotoms are sores/cuts but no blisters on the inside of my vagina, milky white (like sperm) discharge, i have a sudden illness but i dont know if this is part of the problem because i get sick a lot, i have a swollen and VERY tender vaginal lip (the right one), im 15 years old and to scared to tell my parents about this because theyll think that im having sex, my boyfriend and i havent had intercourse, but he has eaten me out before a couple of time, i dont know if its an infection or herpes or what, the last time he ate me out was roughly 13 days ago and since then he has "rubbed me down" about twice (like 7 days and 3 days ago respectivly) he has a small plantars wart on one of the fingers he used but that wart has been there for a long time and hes had it treated it just hasnt gone away or gotten smaler/larger, my breasts/chest area have been causiing some pain (idk if its unrelated), i have been having heat/cold flashes, one of the cuts/sores my have been the result of 2 smaller ones combining, there was 5 cuts and now there is 4, i havent noticed any odor and the discharge has been light and very infrequent, i have only had one boyfriend (the one im with now) and havent cheated on him, he has never had any serious girlfriends and has only ever kissed them before me, he hasnt cheated on me, this is the first time this has happened, it eases someof the pain when i lie down but walking tends to cause discomfort and so does applying pressure to my pubic area, what should i do?? what could this be??
