It is very good to be a virgin (unless you are married!). 

Resist any pressure to have a boyfriend until you find one who shares your ideals both spiritually and socially. Even when you find such a person for a boyfriend, concentrate on the social and spiritual side of the relationship, rather than the sexual.  

You can only 'lose' your virginity once. Maintaining your virginity in a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship is a far greater demonstration of love than giving it away. It also demonstrates your personal worth and integrity.

Then wait until you do find one who is suitable. Better no boyfriend than one who is not right for you. You'll gain more respect that way.
