well it is possible that you picked up something from this girl perhaps a yeast infection or some other infection. what all were you tested for at the clinic? not keeping yourself clean after having sexual relations even oral can deffinatly cause infection. did you ejaculate when messing around with her? and then not clean yourself after that? the human mouth is full of bacteria so i wouldnt be surprised if that added to your infection. i would get it checked at the hospital to get it cultured and get on some medication so you can get rid of it and not take any chances of potentially affecting your fertility at all.
