Hi I have had the contraceptive bar in my arm but on dec 30th 2012 it had run out. I haven't had a consistent period at all since before the bar was put it. But I have been experiencing head aches every day,mild cramping, sore lower back and my breasts have a mild pain on the outer sides. Are the common signs as me and my bf have been rather active with no contraception at all???? Please help
