Sore breasts, cramping, my period didn't came, I had pink spotting and brown discharge

My breast was sore I was cramping I was suppose to get my cycle on the 11 of January but It didn't come so on the 29 I had pink spotting when I wiped on the 30th the same and a brownish discharge , now I have mild headaches feel nuesea during the day and night I be tired a lot and back aches and mild pains in my lower abdominal area please help me
