I'm 18 and sexually active. I have the bar in my arm and my partner and I rarely have unprotected sex even though I have the bar. I have noticed a light brown discharge come out when I urinate. I don't think it's my period because it only comes out when I wipe after urinating. I have had my period a few times since having the bar in, the firat couple time was straight after the bar was put in and they were realy light and hardly a period at all. The last time I got my period was about a week ago and it was like my normal period before I got the bar, only differnce was tge stomach cramps hurt more. I have also been getting stomach cramps and nausea. I have been more angry and annoyed at the littlest things lately and have also been have severe meltdowns where I cry and feel like everything is going wrong. I'm not sure if it could be stress that I'm having meltdowns because I have been stressed about a lot of things lately. Last night I even had a panick attack during my meltdown. I don't know if these are just sideaffectfs from me getting my period or not. It just seams strange. Please help.
