Hi all,

I'm a 20 year old female and am otherwise healthy apart from these symptoms. About a month ago I had sex for the first time with my boyfriend and it was all fine. About a week later we did it again and it was a bit rougher. I was fine until the next day when I found I had the urge to pee all the time and when I tried to go hardly anything came out! I also had a horrific pain in my sides. I googled some things and believed it to be a UTI. After about a week I got fed up and went to the local walk in centre, where they ran some tests and said that I did have a UTI and then gave me some antibiotics. I was on these for a week and once I had finished found that it had improved the symptoms but weren't completely gone. I then went to my doctor who tested me again for an infection but said I didn't have any signs of it. I don't believe it to be an STI as we use condoms, however i have ordered a test from checkurself to be sure. I don't have the urge quite as often now, but find more that my vagina is itchy which I think could be from it. Thinking it might be thrush I've tried vagisil and have just bought canesten duo so we'll see how it goes. Has anyone else experienced this or have any ideas?! Thanks guys! :)
