hi i am a 19 year old female and i recently had sex with a guy whom has had sex with over 30 girls and ever since i have been having to urge to pee all the time. it doesnt burn or anything when i pee, but when i have sex it kinda hurts in the beginning. also i have pressure in my lower abdomen. could i possibly have an std/uti/infection?

Yes, you could have any of those. Usually there is a burning upon urination with a UTI. They are common in women after sex.
It may also be an STD, Chlamydia is one possibility. An urge to urinate, abdominal pressure, and painful intercourse are symptoms.
