Am 24 & my boyfriend and I had sex about two weeks ago. We have been together 3 years and this is our second time not using protection. When we had sex, it was.slightly painful and after we were done I was completely sore. I took a bath to see if that would help the soreness but it didn't. Going into the next day or so, the pain grow badly. I could barely walk, it hurt to sit, my vagina was swollen and it even burned when I peed. I used a cold press for the swelling and it did go down some, so that was a good thing. However the burning was still there and it was beyond painful. So I went to urgent care , they had me pee in a cup and took about 3 tubes of blood. They came back and said my bloodwork was fine but I do have a UTI. They gave me phenazopyridine and 2 weeks on cefdinir. Week one has gone and the swelling is bassically gone but the burning when peeing is still there. Also now I have what looks like open sores in that area, medium size maybe and about 3 of them from what I can tell. and three white like flat bumps on top of my vagina, they are not big either. None of the bumps or sores bleed or anything. The bumps were not there until yesterday and the sores today.they only hurt when you touch them. Even though they said my blood was fine and urine only showed UTI, could I have been misdiagnosed and could this be Herpes? Or is this from the medication which I have another week one, is this normal or do I need to go back to the Dr? Please help, I really dont know what to do .
