If he penetrated you at all but technically you are not a virgin. There is no "test" for virginity. Even doctors can't tell. Your hymen may be broken by sex, physical activities, or may have even been torn at birth.
Your hymen may still be partially intact.
You may or may not bleed. It is not an indicator either way.
