Hi, so I took azithromycin 250mg 1dose (4 red pills) on Sunday and it is Wednesday now but I'm still having a little bit of green discharge, odor and some itchiness. When will the symptoms fully disappear? My symptoms are so frustrating but I feel like I might have a uti or something too and it's not make my symptoms go away any easier
