still tired and sick 48 hrs later?

hi all!

i took plan b 48 hours ago. i took it on tuesday, and i was fine except that i got extremely tired and was in bed by 9pm that night and slept for 12 hours. then wednesday all day i felt fine but still fatigued, and out of nowhere around 7pm wednesday evening i got dizzy and nauseous and threw up a little bit.

it's now thursday. this morning i started spotting, but i know that's normal. and again i felt fine up until about 2pm today, i'm getting increasingly fatigued. it's 4:15 on a sunny afternoon and i feel like all i want to do is go to bed and sleep forever. i'm also getting a bit queasy again.

my breasts are also a bit tender this afternoon.

the pamphlet that came with the pills did say that symptoms could last 48 hours. has anyone felt anything similar? how long did it take to feel better?

i'd taken plan b in the past and it always made me tired but i was fine the next day. but that was back when it was one pill, then another dose 12 hours later. the new plan b that's out there, at least where i am, now instructs you to take both the pills at once. perhaps this new stronger dose was just hard on my body? help!!!
